Bloomin Baked Apple

A friend from my group Make Life Beautiful on CafeMom shared this wonderful recipe for Bloomin Baked Apple she found at The Gunny Sack Blog. It looked so yummy I decided I had to try it. Here is how mine turned out.

I did not top it with anything else. It was beyond delicious on its own. This ended up being my dessert on two different nights because I enjoyed it so much. I highly recommend you to try this recipe, and if you do let me know how you like it.
