French Dip Crescents

Let me tell you these were a big hit in our house.  My husband asked while we were eating when we could have them again. (Sorry for not having a better picture.  All I had at the time was my cell phone to take a picture with.)

French Dip Crescents

2 packages crescent rolls
1 pound deli roast beef, thinly sliced
4 oz of provolone cheese
optional: Horseradish Sauce
optional: Au Jus for dipping

Unroll crescent onto a large cookie sheet. Spread a small bit of horseradish on each crescent if you want to use it.  Then place a slice of roast beef and piece of provolone on each crescent. Roll crescents starting from wide end and ending at narrow end.  Bake at 375 for 11 minutes, or until crescents are a golden color.  Serve with Au Jus.
